Health access
At the House's 2024 opening, Renaissance House announced a Teladoc Health partnership designed to connect up to 1,000 residents with licensed doctors for many common health needs.
Free prescription delivery for local residents was also announced through Society of St. Vincent de Paul North Texas.

History & education
The House preserves the story of the property, the Flints, William Madison McDonald, and the broader Terrell Heights community.
Its educational vision includes student learning, local Black-history programming, and an African American library rooted in the neighborhood's legacy.
